Charleston, SC

I can’t think of a more fitting place to start my first blog post than Charleston, SC. Charleston is a place that was always on my bucket list but I never planned a trip until I met my now fiance! From the history, to the ocean views to the amazing shopping…there is so much to love about this charming city!

Frank (my fiance) and I made our first trip to Charleston when we first started dating, about 4ish years ago. I decided since I missed his 30th birthday (it was before we started dating) that I would surprise him with a trip to see his friends and go see his beloved Gamecocks play.

Since this trip, Charleston has become a place we go to two times a year if not more. I started to model for a number of boutiques on King Street (which I will get into later) and my fiance is opening a bar with his best friends right in the heart of town! Leaving gets harder and harder but I wanted to share a few looks from Hampden Clothing for you and my visit to the iconic Boone Hall. Charleston is one city that will have many posts from me, so stay tuned since I am heading back there again in 7 days!

Hampden Clothing is a place that is on my top 5 places to stop when I am in town. Their clothing is so comfortable and chic…I just can’t get enough!

I had to end this post with a little history. The plantations in Charleston are a piece of the city/history that have just stolen my heart. This is the iconic driveway that is featured in the movie The Notebook. If you have a trip planned to Charleston, add Boone Hall to your must-see list.

Signing off and hoping you subscribe and follow my travel!

  1. I’ve never even heard about Charleston but it seems like a very interesting place with a lot of interesting things to do. I loved the short story about the plantations too. I didn’t know it was featured in the Notebook. Thank you for sharing this post and keep up the great work!
